See All ReviewsThe kalbi fries are amazing, but gotta check and make sure you get them. Ordered a teriburger with kalbi fries. Got home and had tsunami fries. Been wanting kalbi fries for weeks and so whatever I went back. Found out they never charged for the upgraded kalbi fried. So, ok all good I ordered and paid for kalbi fries. Get home a 2nd time and boom tsunami fries again. Bruh, guess I going eat Kalbi somewhere else for dinner.
Best food truck on the Island hands down. I had them cater my wedding and got endless compliments on the food. Seriously you have to try this food! My only complaint is that they aren't open longer so that I can come here every day, instead of just whenever I can get out of work.
This blue food truck at Mililani Tech Park is worth a stop. We tried the ahi katsu and the kalbi fries. The ahi katsu was pretty good, crispy and fresh, though a little on the dry side and it could’ve used more sauce. The kalbi fries on the other hand were the standout. The sauce they drizzle on top ties everything together perfectly. Easily my favorite, and I’d definitely come back just for those fries. There isn’t really anywhere to sit since it’s just a line of food trucks on the street, but we brought beach chairs and set up under a tree which worked out perfectly. Overall, a solid spot to check out if you’re in the area.
